Question Details

[answered] Make sure that each page of your work has your name, course

1. Make sure that each page of your work has your name, course number, and your student id number on it at the bottom. Use 12 font for this (a footer is an excellent choice)

2. Type your work and upload to assignment. E-mail me and let me know when it has been uploaded.

3. You have 7 days from the beginning of the week it is due to turn the exam in. This means that your exam is due to me NLT noon on the seventh day, Sunday. If your work is going to be late, contact me immediately!

4. You may use any source to help you out in creating your answers but do not copy any material (obviously). It would be better (of course) to do all of your work out of your own imagination. Make sure you cite all your sources, even maps or pictures.

5. Use 12 font with one-inch margins (you may have to re-set your computer).

6. A small hint: the more complete the exam, the better! An old history "rule of thumb", the five "w's and an "h"...who, what, when, where, why, and how. If you have not covered them, your exam is incomplete.

7. Good luck!!

1. For those of you who have the movie "Twelve O?clock High"...discuss in detail the leadership style and effectiveness of Gen. Frank Savage and 3 other "key" characters in the movie. One of the key characters must be enlisted.

2. For those of you who do NOT have the movie "Twelve O'Clock High"...discuss in detail the leadership style and effectiveness of any flag rank officer (Gen or Adm.) in the American military since 1946. (Hint, you cannot select a leader who entered service prior to 1946)...What leadership characteristics impressed you the most and what would you incorporate into your leadership style? Compare and contrast this flag rank officer to any non-commissioned officer you know...differences?
