the project to provide a recommendation of a tablet or laptop for your company sales

 

representatives.

 

Summary of Progress:

 

We faced a few minor delays within our assigned tasks but have resolved all issues. The minor

 

setbacks were in the research department specifically, but we have now overcome that issue and are

 

proceeding according to plan. Our team has begun the research regarding the various laptops and

 

tablets that we have deemed most appropriate to fit the needs of your sales representatives. We have

 

had a few meetings to discuss all issues and have gotten a sense of where we need to be this week

 

and will be meeting again on Monday, March 2nd to begin the analysis of the researched products.

 

Work to be Completed:

 

Our team members have to compile the research of the laptop and tablet products that each of us

 

focused on. Once this is done we will analyze our results together and provide a recommendation in

 

report format to your company. By the end of next week we will have completed most research and

 

will be able to start on our report which will provide you with an understanding of which device will

 

be most useful for your sales representatives.

 

Anticipated Problems and Solutions:

 

Anticipated problems for our team include research difficulties regarding certain products and not

 

being able to compare certain features. If we are unable to find the research we would like to be able

 

to find, we may have to resort to accessing reviews and other resources on the internet involving user

 

discussion, or seek help to find the specific information needed. Since our team is small we will each

 

have a greater amount of work to complete but our dedication, hard work, and great communication

 

skills will help us overcome our lack in numbers.

completed and compiled with the analysis finished shortly after, and a written report completed and

 

submitted to you by Wednesday, April 01, 2015.
