This week's lab will cover plate tectonics. We will go through a powerpoint presentation,?then watch a quick video.

The lab activity will consist of using an online plate tectonics simulator. The instructions for the simulator and the questions are in the supplied worksheet (in the Lab Folder). This lab will be 30 points. The simulation can be found here. Make sure that your computer has the updated version of Java to run this.

Hint for question Crust tab b. Look at how thick/deep into the mantel the cust of each image goes.

2. Play with the sim (both tabs) for 5 minutes. Move all dials and buttons!
